We created Easy Ticket in response to our own need to easily and quickly manage the requests of our clients. Easy Ticket is available for its implementation in our customers, both in its original version, and in customized versions for the needs of our customers.

Based on the concepts and processes of ITIL, Easy Ticket allows you to organize your requests management and allows you to obtain statistics of requests made by your clients, detect the root cause of your requests and the effort that your company makes for its management.
